Quality Inn Plainview

There were bugs in the room. Housekeeping was sub standard. AC barely worked. Many code violations. We rented multiple rooms and in one room. The toilet was not bolted down and the shower hand rail was not secured

The Quality Inn of Plainview was a very comfortable place to stay on our journey across Texas!! It was quieter than expected since it is near a thoroughfare. I heard no traffic noise through the night!! The shower was hot and the towels were soft, a delightful combination. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable!!

No TV no television no phone, room smelled

Considering it was by the freeway it was quiet except.

The only thing is That there was loud music and we were literally right next to the club . Not a good thing for tired travelers ! All we want is to get rest .

While it worked for one quick evening to stay, it didn’t meet what I feel we paid for. I wouldn’t stay here again sadly.

We book a non smoking room and the hotel said they only have smoking room. They did not want to work with us and help in any way

I was told at check in that it was a non smoking hotel and then was given a smoking room. She said it would not smell. Open the door to room and reeked of smoke. Closed the and ask for my money back.

The room was ok, nothing special. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needs repairs/deep cleaning. Area outside the room was trashy.
