Best Western Detroit Livonia

This is my favorite hotel in Livonia. The customer service is excellent, and there has been a noticeable improvement since the hotel came under new management. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean, the breakfast buffet is good, and the big heated indoor pool is a huge plus. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely continue coming back.

Clean hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Quinten, the General Manager, made us feel very welcomed and taken care of during our stay. The exercise room was nice, and the heated pool was large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. The business center was convenient, and the location is excellent with plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The atmosphere throughout the property felt welcoming and comfortable. My room was clean, well-kept, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. For the price, the value was definitely there — you get quality without overspending. The service was also solid; staff were friendly and helpful any time I needed something. Overall, a reliable and pleasant hotel that I’d be happy to stay at again.

The location is convenient, close to everything I needed without being stuck in heavy noise or traffic. Speaking of that, the noise level inside the hotel was very quiet, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. For the price, I felt the value was definitely there. The service was consistent and friendly, and you can tell the team takes pride in the property. Overall, this was a comfortable, clean, and relaxing stay. I’d absolutely book here again—especially the Jacuzzi suite.
