Best Western Detroit Livonia

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed from the moment I checked in. My room was clean and well-kept, and everything looked like it was taken care of with pride. The location worked perfectly for my trip—close to what I needed without being in a loud or busy area. Noise level in the hotel was low too, so I was able to rest comfortably with no issues. As far as value, I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. The property is clean, the service is solid, and the staff actually takes time to help you. Quinten, the manager, was especially helpful and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with good service and a great atmosphere. I’d stay here again.

Good location and price.

Room was clean with the exception of the floor around the furniture which was incredibly dirty. No housekeeping during our five day stay. Coffee maker and coffee packets but no cups in room.

Der Rest. Angefangen vom Erscheinungsbild, dem Empfang, Checkin war eine katastrophe. Haben noch nie so lange gebraucht und dann auch noch ein falsches Zimmer bekommen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist naja. Genauer darf man nirgends hinschauen. Das Frühstück war an Traurigkeit kaum zu überbieten, selbst für Amerikanische Verhältnisse.

I had a great experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The property is well-maintained, and my room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I really appreciated the amenities — the guest laundry area was convenient, the pool was clean and enjoyable, and the exercise room had everything I needed for a quick workout. The free breakfast buffet was a standout… delicious, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and great value. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was eight minutes away for my workplace

When checking in I received a 30 minute delay with conversations about the front desk personal life. I had to ask her if she gave me my room card which she didn’t. I had to then change rooms because I was checked into a handicap room which she did switch the rooms with no problem once I got back to the room Saturday night the TV wouldn’t work. I had to call someone down for that. they didn’t answer the phone so I had to go to the front desk when I walked to the front desk. The reason why they didn’t answer the phone because they were standing there having a whole personal conversation and away from the desk this morning. I walked my bags out to my car at 10:30 check out was at 12 PM. I was outside for 10 minutes. I walked back into my room and the cleaner was already in there and my stuff had been moving on top of my checkout, being horrible. The refrigerator in the room had pop stains inside the door. As if the room was not thoroughly clean when I went to the front desk to ask for my items, a lady that I thought was a man asked me who I was talking to cause I asked her to give me my items that was out of 146 she became so Personal with how she was talking to me. It is a must that I report this on all channels. Her behavior makes me uncomfortable with even sharing my personal information with hotels because her character and the way she handled things she can do anything with my information and not a good feeling to have. I will never book a room with the Livonia Best Western again. I did not get an opportunity to take pictures because I was going to leave it alone and just make my mind up to not come back to the location, but I wish I would’ve had an opportunity to take pictures so that you can see.

I stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. My room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. One of the biggest conveniences for me was the electric car charging station on-site — it made traveling so much easier. The business center was also helpful for getting work done during my stay, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely return.

I stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The suite was incredibly spacious, and the large jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The entire room was spotless — very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really made the stay feel smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the amenities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the workout room had everything I needed for a quick workout. The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisingly delicious, with plenty of fresh options and a clean, organized setup. The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s in a great area with lots of shopping and dining options nearby, so everything I needed was just a few minutes away.
