Payment, Deposit & Pre-Authorization: Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests. Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "A Great Trip to Ireland"

"Missing an Item after Housekeeping Came"

I really loved this hotel with its old world charm, beautiful room and bathroom, comfortable bed. I stayed two nights, and unfortunately a maid seems to have stolen one of my nicer makeup products. 😔

"Nice hotel, staffing could be better"

Location was terrific- very close to all the activities

Breakfast was a hassle. Staff were all overwhelmed. Reservations were required for a more than empty dining room.

"Great stay in Killarney"

We had a wonderful stay at the International Hotel Killarney. This is a site with lots of history yet it is extremely well maintained. We upgraded to a superior room with a jacuzzi tub with a shower. The bathroom was spotless and comfortable. Although the room wasn’t large it was perfectly fine for my husband and I. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as were the linens. There were plenty of outlets for charging our devices. Our package included a complimentary breakfast and the selection and food were better than average. We had dinner in the formal dining room and enjoyed our drinks and dinner ( fish and chips). Our waiter Brendon couldn’t have been more pleasant. In working thru the request to upgrade our room, Erica was very helpful. She made it happen but also communicated along the way so I always knew the status. Any request or question to staff at the hotel was met with a smile and the action/reply I was hoping for. The location is very central to exploring the town. We would definitely stay there again

"Phenomenal"

I absolutely love this hotel, we have been a few times over the years and it gets better every time. I couldn't fault a single thing about this hotel. The food is fantastic. You want for nothing and its very comfortable as in ordinary people nice atmosphere and such nice staff very friendly. Up for yhe laugh. Everything you need is there in the hotel. I love this place and will always 100% recommend and go back

"What more could you ask for!"

I have stayed at the International Hotel on three occasions so far, and will stay again. It is an elegant, classic and deeply comfortable hotel, warm and welcoming. Breakfast is table service, with linen tablecloths and efficient staff - a touch of luxury. The hotel is five minutes walk from the train station and across the road from Killarney House and the National Park. What more could you ask for!
