"1st visit"

The service was great, John was amazing with my late check in. The only problem I had was that room 105A the bathroom tub would not allow for a bath to be made( the stopper wouldn’t allow the water to stay in the tub)for a child to take. And the microwave didn’t look like anyone had cleaned it but overall it was a great stay, quiet, friendly and the cleaning ladies were phenomenal

This room was horrible. We were almost afraid to sit down or sleep in it. My wife and i cleaned the room to our satisfaction so that we could sleep in it. The couch and chair were filthy. The microwave plate was missing. The owners didn't even enforce the rules of respecting others staying in the hotel... it was very noisy.

"Disgusting"

When we first arrived we were told we did not have a reservation even though we booked our room 2 weeks in advance we had to stand outside for an hour until we were finally given a room. Once we enter the room it was disgusting dead roach on the floor sheets were dirty hair on the toilet. We were given one face towel and two bath towels that looked used the furniture was broken and torn. We have stayed at this hotel in multiple occasions and this has been far the worst experience we have ever had.

"Excellent"

It was okay, I didn't like the fact the bathroom kept water on the floor from the toilet and the tub was old and stain and the vanity sink wasn't safe and it's mirror had glue down the front of it the sofa bed didn't have any bedding on it and the mattress was stained with what looked like blood

"Heading north "

Stopped here for a night. Our room was quiet and clean. It was quiet large. The bed was comfortable. Pets are allowed. Nice pool and patio area. Food nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick.

"Never was refunded "

The stay was good I only stayed for three nights... I got a family emergency call so I had to go back too Tennessee... They lied to me saying they will refund me the rest of my days but they never did... I paid for 7 days and 6 nights... what a lost but lesson learned... great service and great room

The room was very large and spacious. Also liked that the room had a microwave and small refrigerator. TV had a large number of cable channels.
