Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Aberdeen

This place is disgusting! the pictures are misleading. my sister and i showed up after driving 5 hours to a place that looked abandoned! except for 4 cars in front on one room with the door open and some scary looking activity going on. we then proceeded to go to lobby where the lady behind the counter was where what looked like pajamas! (we were there at 1pm in afternoon). Asked to look at the room and on the way saw the pool, it was green!.. opened the door to our room and it smelled, it was dirty, the toilet had what i believe to be feces in it. I turned around and said no thank you. we will not be staying here. It was awful and disgusting. Hotels.com should take them off their list!

That I reserved my room and couldn't cancel in which I couldn't get a refund and I never checked in on my last reservations

Bedbugs! I stayed for 1 night and woke up with several bites. When brought up to the owner, he immediately denied the idea of bedbugs without looking into it. The overall vibe of the place was sketchy and it was not very clean. I will NOT stay there again.

The room had an old smell to us. The room door wasn't secure enough it still was kinda cracked after we locked all the locks and we could see under the door & hear people passing by. We didn't feel real secure. The bathroom was way too small. The bed was comfortable.

It was great. The price was excellent.

Clean and affordable, no hassle check in, needs better breakfast.

This is a Gem and disguise! From the outside the curb appeal is about a 5. But the rooms are a 8! Very clean, nice beds, the rooms are huge! Staff was very friendly and courteous! The only problem was adding another night, I called the front desk to extend my stay one more night and I was told to go up on the internet and make my reservation online. That works great if you have a computer with you or a phone that has internet capability. I unfortunately did not so only spent one night. The town has a lot of old Antebellum homes that I would have liked to explore and a very quaint downtown district. Maybe next time!

Room was awesome and clean. Hidden hotel as you travel through highway 25 in the city. If you plan any family gatherings need a place to sleep...it’s the one. I recommended to hotel staffers, they need to improve their breakfast instead of cold cereals only... Need a hot breakfast too.

This is a nice hotel. The non smoking room had not been smoked in which was a welcomed relief. There were no odors and the room was clean. There were some changes that need to be made as the shower had a handheld shower head that did not function and should just be removed as well as a soap and shampoo dispenser that did not work and should be removed. This is a small town and a very decent hotel with no noise, not a lot of people in the hotel fairly

Nice breakfast and reasonable priced good location by the river
