The huge wrap around terrace.Very short walk to beach.smart TV with Netflix etc. Bright and airy.Air con in all rooms. Modern bathroom. Raoul was extremely responsive.. when kettle stopped working we had a new one within the hour!

Veldig god kommunikasjon med verten før ankomst. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt. Og vi kommer gjerne tilbake igjen.

Bør kanskje oppgraderes litt på puter til utemøbler og solsenger og noen vinglass til.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Puerto de Mogán. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and just right for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The big smart TV was a real bonus – perfect for winding down with a film in the evenings after exploring the area. One of the highlights was the massive balcony. It gave us plenty of room to sit outside, enjoy the sunshine, and relax without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms were really comfortable, and we slept so well thanks to the cosy beds and the electric shutters, which were brilliant for keeping out the early morning light. Having the underground car park with a designated space was incredibly convenient – no stress about finding a spot or someone else taking it. Communication with Raúl was excellent throughout; he was always easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had a question. We also really appreciated having two sets of keys, which made things much more flexible for us. The location couldn’t have been better – all the amenities, shops, and restaurants were just minutes away on foot, yet the apartment still felt private and peaceful. Overall, this place ticked all the boxes for us. Comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located – we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto de Mogán.

Fantástica ubicación y distribución del apartamento, la terraza desde luego es un plus, hicimos uso de la barbacoa por la noche y lo disfrutamos bastante. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y sentirte como en casa. El parking privado también es otro plus.

Lo único que me desagradó fueron las toallas, se ven sucias, muy manchadas del uso.

Love the terrace. It’s the terrace which makes us come back again. This was our 3rd stay in the apartment. Check in is easy, the shower is good & the beds are very comfortable. The bedrooms are very clean & there are plenty of cupboards for storage.

The furniture outside was tatty & needs updating. The chairs inside are not comfortable. The tiles could do with re-grouting inside & out. The washing machine was a little mouldy & the dish washer had not been maintained. The coffee machine was missing a part which made it difficult to use while the fridge is missing shelves. All these things could be rectified easily if a little attention was paid to the maintenance of the apartment.

Perfect location in the heart of Mogán. Helpful host sent excellent instructions for self check in which was very easy. Lovely large balcony. End of March it got sun from 8:10am until 6ish so great if you’re wanting to sunbathe. 4 outdoor loungers, large table and chairs set, sofa and chairs set. Comfortable double bed. Aircon good. Need to fix the internal fridge door and provide more toilet roll. I don’t think any coal was provided for the BBQ but you have the well stocked Spar supermarket a minute walk away (loads of meat options although I couldn’t find a single vegetarian burger). Also the toilet seat is very small and super uncomfortable (never had this problem before but it was very noticeable). These are minor points and would definitely book to return again. Overall it’s just a fantastic place to stay! Thank you!

Central location, excellent sun terrace. Lovely comfy beds. Loved that we could use sun blinds for shade and roller shutters to keep the rooms cool.

Slight problem with toilet seat but Raul responded to this immediately.

Amazing property and surpassed my expectations. In a fantastic location one block behind the beach and amongst the shops though it was so quiet. The balcony was HUGE and got the sun all day and perfect even if you just wanted to stay there all day. Four sunloungers a lovely patio set, dining table and a BBQ. Fantastically stocked Spar just around the corner if you didn’t want to go out and restaurants and shops just seconds away. Apartment inside was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Instructions on how to get into the property were perfect and there is a car parking space if you have a car. I would highly recommend you stay here it was PERFECT! Oh and do buy some food for the doves that come and visit 😄
