The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near everything. The building is somewhat dated, the room very small but it had balcony with a nice view. I had to request the heat to be turned on.

Property was a good location but noisy due to builders next door starting at 7.30 in the mornings. Room was a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases.

As bad points 😞 They DIDN'T answer the messages. THEY ONLY accept reservations. The hallway of the first floor (where my room was) smelled so bad, humidity, rotten bleach or something. The carpet smelled like humans feet and it had stains. This room have a small window with a view to a wall. There was NOT Air-conditioning inside a room for 4 in a city that reached 30° those days. They make copies of the ID on the check in desk. The one lift they have is always busy. Their card system to unlock doors fails easily and you have to go downstairs to fix the problem... Breakfast buffet 14/15€ which I refuse to "buy" in the morning after seeing their other services. But THE WORST PART IS that before booking I had a question about a fee for my pet but they DIDN'T answer the messages. THEY ONLY accept reservations. And at the check in desk I got a surprise FEE of 15€ to pay for my pet. As good point 🙂It was easy to find the place. There is a kettle (tea, coffee not good quality) and a bottle of water inside the room.

No air conditioning. Told the manager I would like to check out as my wife has a health condition. They refused to let me check out and refund my deposit. I left and got another hotel. Now working with my credit card company for a credit
