"Great customer service"

The hotel overbooked so we were moved to Park Inn hotel. However, hotel took ownership and provided us with taxi service back to hotel and breakfast. Park inn was also an excellent hotel. Rooms and breakfast were excellent.

"Excellent"

We did not stay at the Marriott Courtyard. They switched us to the Kevlavik Konvin hotel for some reason Marriott never explained us. In order to check that out we tried to make a direct reservation on the Marriott website. The Courtyard seems not to take reservations.

"Did the job when travelling."

Breakfast and handy location. Free shuttle to airport

Bedroom too hot, although I turned down the thermostat as far as possible. Bed hard and sloped up in the middle. Tripped over stool with sticking out legs.
