Courtyard by Marriott Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

Sehr sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal, gemütliche, schöne und passende Zimmer. Es hat uns für eine Nacht gut gefallen. Man hört vom Flughafen nichts. Das Hotel bietet Shuttel zum Flughafen an, jedoch nur morgens.

Trotz der Bezeichnung Airporthotel liegt das Hotel nicht am Flughafen, sondern ist in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (hier liegt die Schuld bei uns, wir hätten besser schauen sollen), aber nur damit man weiß, es liegt nicht direkt am Airport. Auch das Frühstück mit knapp 40 EUR pro Person ist zum Überlegen.

Mér finnst mjög lélegt þegar ekki er hægt að horfa á íslenskt sjónvarp Rúv á hóteli á íÍslandi, hótelið fær stóran mínus fyrir það, metnaðarleysi

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel located close to Keflavik airport with free shuttle from the hotel to the airport for Bonvoy Gold members. It was about $90 from Blue Lagoon to the hotel via taxi; approximately $115 from the airport to Blue Lagoon. Maximillion checked us in and was professional, thorough, and helpful. He put us on the list for the 5:00 am (earliest time) shuttle. He said it was about a 30-minute walk into town, Keflavik. Room 310 (handicap room) had a Nespresso coffee maker which was a very nice touch and great for jet lagged travelers. Leather chair and foot rest. Bathroom was huge with two sinks, a fold down seat for the shower with a handheld shower sprayer conveniently left at a level someone could reach. The toilet was higher than normal with a fold down arm to help one up off the toilet. There was a red emergency cord near the toilet which was really nice. Only annoying thing was having to fold down the toilet seat to push the buttons to flush the toilet. Onsite is an Italian restaurant and another restaurant just outside the door and to the right - Langbest. Fish and chips were good. I had the tuna tartar appetizer - two wonton shells with fresh tasting tuna. The chocolate lava cake was really good. In the morning, there was free coffee and donuts which was nice since the restaurant for breakfast didn't open until 6:00 am. The hotel pantry/shop was exceptionally well stocked with a variety of drink choices, microwave and eat, and other snacks.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy free shuttle to airport. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Close to AirPort. Nice with charge station close to the hotel
