We booked an airport hotel to have an easy arrival to Iceland traveling with a baby. However, the hotel is not located walking distance from the airport and no transfer is provided by the hotel. Found this disappointing for an 'Airport hotel' and made the arrival more difficult (finding a taxi with carseat) and expensive (about EUR50 for short taxi ride + extra fee for carseat).

Location.

Am Coeliac, poor food choices. Price I eventually paid was well above the price given when booking. In room facilities [coffee etc] were poor. Given the price one could receive 5 star facilities in UK

Hôtel très bien situé pour prendre un vol matinal. Hôtel très récent, chambre moderne et impeccable. Navette pour l’aéroport tôt le matin: très pratique.

Si on rend sa voiture de location la veille au soir il faut prendre un taxi pour rejoindre l’hôtel depuis l’aéroport / location de voiture. Par contre tôt le matin il y a bien une navette pour rejoindre l’aéroport.

Wir hatten keine Frühstück gebucht. .

Die vom Hotel bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten für ein kurzes "Frühstück" in der Lobby sind durch die vor uns abreisende Chinesische Gruppe komplett aufgegessen worden. Der Hotelmitarbeiter war so lieb in der Küche noch einmal nachzufragen, ob es noch etwas gibt, kam dann aber nur noch mit Keksen zurück. Also, nur Kaffee... Im Badezimmer hat es deutlich nach Abfluss gerochen.

"Ok for a night's sleep & a shower"

Close to the airport but still an expense taxi ride. Glad they had a return shuttle. OK for an overnight stay.

Basis hotel room even for Europe standards. The shower was silly, more water gets on the bathroom floor than is safe.

Clean, convenient, great staff.

Restaurant wasn’t great on food. Overpriced and food mediocre. Staff was great though. Shout out to Igor! Breakfast in the morning was also not great.
