Mystic River Hotel & Suites Near Casinos

Room was fine, newly remodeled. Outside needs work, weeds, broken door entry.

Stains on bed spread, baseboard broken in room, crack in bathroom

The bathroom was very dirty hair in tub and on floor of bathroom.

Marginal Very poor run down hotel. I drove past it thinking it was abandoned! No amenities, broken pool, broken refrigerator…Needs investors, or sell the property and start again.

The hotel is dated on the outside, room was very clean and comfortable. Really quiet place. Can walk to DD, and Old Mystic shopping.

The entire property needs to be upgraded

This hotel looks like an abandoned property.photos deceiving. Ended up going somewhere else and didn’t get our money back.

Do not stay here. It is literally an abandoned building with no working pool, graffiti on the broken down fence around it and reeks of weed!

The property is rundown, plus my room was never cleaned by the house keeper any of the days we were there. The bathroom drain took forever to empty. I had to be standing in water.

CATFISHED BY A HOTEL. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I wish I could add photos here. This hotel has a massive leak from their room into the main lobby. About 8 buckets of water scattered around to let the water drip into. They had lawn chair cushions underneath the buckets to catch the water as the buckets over flowed. It smelled like a moldy basement throughout the whole hotel. The booking shows a beautiful pool with a check mark near it to confirm it’s available and soon arrival we see a “sorry pool closed” sign… we rented the hotel with the intention of using the beautiful pool they advertised. The room had bug… yes I have pictures… there was mold in the showers. The rug smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a solid 20 years. There was no big comfy green chair in the room I reserved that was supposed to have the big comfy green chair… there were nasty stains on the sheets. The microwave DIDNT WORK, the tv only got 4 channels. When trying to get help the front desk staff was no where to be found on 3 different occasions. You could tell the staff just didn’t care about the circumstances the hotel was in while checking guests in. I felt DIRTY, I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioner smelled like a dirty dehumidifier & it gave us such an awful headache. All in all , this hotel is DISGUSTING & posses a risk to you and your families health. I will be calling the health department myself to get someone out to see the conditions they think is “safe.”
