Pretty friendly

The staff wasn’t nice. The rooms wasn’t clean they was blood and dry blood on the side of the bathroom toilet in my room. They didn’t clean the rooms every day and we had to go and get towels and ask for towels and things because they wouldn’t keeping the rooms up

Great customer service. Spacious room. Clean. Bed was comfy.

Pillows. The pillows got plat fast. And even though the bed was very comfy the pillow didnt help much.

The breakfast could be improved. There was t any fruit. There was toast, but not any jam or jelly. There wasn’t any ketchup for the hash browns. The off brand dry cereal simular to cheerios tasted terrible. There is just 1 long table for eating your breakfast.

My stay at RED LION INN and SUITES Hotel was truly delightful. The atmosphere is wonderful, creating a warm and inviting environment that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, providing ample comfort and convenience, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rate was reasonable, offering great value without compromising on quality. Hotel is the best choice for short-term stays, combining comfort, affordability, and a welcoming ambiance. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 5 out of 5.

The Jacuzzi tub turned on but you could not use it. The loudness of it was unreal & truthfully was not working right.

Clean and quiet.

The rooms were clean.

I booked it and then past the cancel date, I read all of these bed bug reviews so I ended up just booking another room in downtown Nashville. I didn't even use this room. The reviews scared me and I wasted money on this.
