Clean, well maintained, good amenities, easy parking, OK breakfast. Only downside is sofa bed: not comfortable at all even for 1 person.

Shocking experience, this hotel would be well placed in a third world country try where the stunning lack of any quality service or human interaction might be normal, but certainly not in Ontario. Kids running wild in corridors at all hours, when reported front office person hardly spoke any English so no action taken. AC not functioning, room Ended up at 26C removing any chance of a good nights sleep, not reported for previous reason. Returned to room after off site breakfast to find key card not working, had to come back to reception from the fifth floor where yet another negative interaction occurred this time with the front office manager, no apology, no charisma, just nothing. Upon checkout, no “thank you for staying with us” or “ how was your stay?” The normal things than pretty much any hotel at any price point anywhere in the world would ask. This is a motel 8 dressed up, it’s high price and VERY low quality. Choose somewhere else and do yourself a favour.
