The person at the front desk told me about the cable not working. I agree to get the room anyway without the tv not working. But she didn't tell me about the phone not working or wifi. So I call up to the front desk on my cell and ask why wasn't my phone working in the room. And she said it's because of the weather. I said you never said the phones or internet wasn't working. All you said was the cable. She said all the hotels are like that. So I called the other hotels and found out she lied to me. So I call the front desk back again on my cell and ask why did she lie to me about the other hotels not have phone, wifi and cable. She said we'll you can move over there and I said and what lose my money. So I told her I didn't appreciate her lieing to me and if I had a medical emergency and couldn't get to my cell phone. I would not have any way to call because the phone is the room is not even working.

Not much

Shower curtain nasty yellow, sheets in 1 bed was all crumpled up - freshly made would not have been crumpled like someone just slept in it. No information on free breakfast, nor check out time. I went to get breakfast at 9 & was told it ended at 9am. They did let me finish cooking my waffle after they turned it back on, but that was it!

It is fine for the price the only thing was that our room was almost in the entrance so every time somebody will come in you could here the door when it closed

This hotel was awful. It has roaches, and I was stranded because of an ice storm and had no other option but to stay. The door lock, and instead of finding me a different room, a few were still available, I had to sit there and wait for a repairman to come try to fix it. They refused a different room and insisted on just fixing the door. No breakfast to speak of. Coffee and broken juice. Awful. Like I said, if I hadn’t been stranded, I would have demanded my money and left. I did book through Expedia, so I don’t know if I could have even gotten my money. I’m done with Days Inn.
