Having Fox News on in the common area is deplorable.

The front desk receptionist was great! Extremely courteous older female on the night shift

the water pressure in the shower & sink was low also the toilet water was low almost empty toilet

I am a repeat visitor. So, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. This time, they matched an online price for the room, in which we felt good about the price. The first room we got, it smelled like smoke, so we asked for another room. The next room, the heater didn’t work, so we moved to a third room. When checking on my bill, they charged us $20 more per night for those two nights. The lady who checked us in stated that she told me that the third room would be more. I don’t remember her stating that. I responded by saying that we only moved because of their issues. So this higher charge made me feel disappointed about the running of this hotel.

Stay was ok. Only two issues we had were they checked us out before we even got up in the morning around 8am. By 10am we were locked out of our room. Breakfast was the second. Bare minimum on any items and no one really around to report needs to as the staff (possibly all family) since little children were coming out of the management areas were all off cleaning rooms.

This place was dirty and stale. Nice staff. Room was disgusting.

Good stay, friendly, easy process. Clean.
