The hotel was clean. The front counter person was great the waterpark staff, though we’re not very friendly when we said hello or tried to talk to them for some reason they got rid of the hot tub, which was too bad cause that was great last time we stayed here

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. Staff were friendly and accommodating; we even got back some items that were left behind when we checked out! I docked one star because the room was not immediately ready when we got there (even though we checked in late evening). When we did get access, it was pretty damp, too. On the whole though, we had a good time and it was worth the price we paid.

This place was an absolute madhouse. We waited nearly an hour just go check in, had only an hour to enjoy the waterpark because they close at 8 and couldn’t return because they open so late. Over half the water slides they weren’t open. The bunks are made for small children exclusively - it would have been nice to know that at booking. It was just so overcrowded and unpleasant. Constant lines and screaming children and very little to actually do other than spend even more money with wristbands that are linked to your credit card that cannot be removed. I will never come back.

2hr line to check in, awful. Over half of the water slides were not functioning, closed at 8pm on a friday, very early, next day opens at 10 check out is 11, gives you not very much pool time.

This was our second time at this property. We had a great time. There were two water slides that were not open, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the water park was great. The affordability of the resort is non existent. $16 for a cup of candy…. There was a huge amount of marijuana smell coming from our floor, unfortunately. The arcade is also a bit of a scam. We were there for four days and did not see one prize won at any of the claw machines. I understand that you shouldn’t win every time. However, the clearly have adjusted the settings to make sure nobody wins. All in all, it was a really good 7.7 out of 10
