Very clean and just a 2 minute drive into town, location not a problem to us. Great for a couple not wanting to be party animals. We just loved it. Well done the owner.👍🏼

Heerlijk ruim verblijf net buiten centrum Franz Josef. Aan de kleinste details is gedacht, heel geordend en schoon. Comfortabel kingsize bed. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Ik zou er een volgende keer weer boeken.

The property is quiet and spacious with a very comfortable bed we had the best nights sleep of the trip there, sleeping with the window open (thanks to the fly screen) and listening to the rain. The property is very close to town and has nice views towards the mountains. The owner was friendly and promptly assisted us with a wifi issue.

There is nothing wrong with the property, and I would stay there again as we enjoyed our stay. My only comment is that some minor things were showing signs of wear and need to be replaced such as the forks in the kitchen (some were bent), portable washing line is falling apart and some of the board games had missing pieces.

Little away from town . Never got to meet the staff since this was a cottage . They had the keys in a lock box . The cottage was self sufficient but pricey

Good location. 3 mins drive from city centre. Cosy comfortable layout with kitchen, fridge and some board games available. Personal cark park space.

Clogged toilet. Texted the owner but only received a response on our check-out day. So we were stucked with a clogged toilet and dirty smells for 3 days. Wifi was extremely (almost non-existent) weak. Connection keeps disconnecting. We had to use our personal mobile data.

This was a very comfortable cottage with an amazing view towards Franz Josef Glacier.

There was nothing to not like.

Very spacious cottage and beautifully presented. A good distance to the town centre.

The Highway noise could be loud at times.
