The hotel was really clean and the staff was professional. I was impressed at how good the customer service was. I don’t do business often in this area but next time around I will be specifically staying here.

If you are looking for a long stay hotel, then this is the hotel for you. I’ve literally travelled the world and none stands out like this place. The hotel staff are the best and all enmities were well taken care of, even during the whole Covid thing. I also have to add unlike other hotels in the Area this hotel has never used Covid as an excuse to be under-staffed and under-prepared. Thank you Town Place Suites Gaineville GA.

Stayed for 2 night and enjoyed the staff and the room amenities. A little pricey but worth it for good night sleep and southern hospitality. The reviews showed are old and I didn't experience the same.

Bathroom in trim was dirty, staff was not available when I came to check in, just not that friendly and really not an attractive hotel.

We got to the hotel and they gave us a dirty room. Had to go back down and get a different room. The rooms are really nice. The lady at the front was very nice and apologized for us getting a dirty room.

Great except for in room coffee

Full kiitchenette very convenient. Rooms were clean and quiet, (stayed on top floor). Very nice breakfast. All the staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. Will be staying there again next month.

I came here for the reviews. They did not disappoint. This place is top notch compared to most hotels I've stayed at. Special kudos to the cleaning staff as they did an amazing job! Breakfast was hot, but. . Your better off cooking in your room, utensils and pots/pans were all in the room when I got there. Highly Recommended!

When we arrived there was no one at check in desk. We waited 20 minutes for someone to appear. We used the house phone ,no answer, we called the hotel number no answer. We cannot believe in a hotel this size you only have one person on duty.
