Achmore Self catering

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, bracht zelfs een pot thee en hout voor de kachel toen de stroom langdurig uitviel door storm Floris. Ze gaf ook veel tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ruim appartement op de bovenverdieping. Keuken goed ingericht, spelletjes voorhanden en veel informatie over de omgeving. Een uur rijden naar Isle of Skye.

Kind host living downstairs who left milk and eggs for us; peaceful village setting with cows outside the window, and a great location near the Isle of Skye.

The shower is very small.

It was bigger than we expected. Quiet and cozy

We knew it would be a bit longer to get to portree and isle of Skye sights, but was nice to come back to. We could have used. A corkscrew - that was our only Issue

The Flat was nice, spacious and comfortable with everything you need.

A bit of confusion around the property

Lovely property, great base to explore Skye and the local area, really well equipped and we appreciated the extra touches such as tea, coffee, milk and porridge. Host was helpful and had some great recommendations for the local area. We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights.

Lovely quiet location. Access to apartment via external stair. Really welcoming host Ina.Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room with view from fining area.

Convenient location to get to Skye

Facilities are quite basic and dated. The farm where the accommodation is located is very untidy with piles of scrap appliances and old rusty trailers etc on either side of the road - felt a bit like driving into a scrap yard. The rooms were of a good size and warm but furniture and fittings very dated, Kitchen equipment was a bit grubby.
