Hotel facilities and such reasonable and as described, although dated in places. What let things down was the room cleanliness and condition - throw pillows on the bed had what i can only imagine were snot stains accross them, the toilet rolls empty, the bath panel hanging off, toulet constantly flushes and generally dirty. Expected better from Best Western to be honest.

The staff were all very friendly but unfortunately we didn’t have any sleep! There was a party going on upstairs and the alarm clock went off at 4am?
