There was roaches and mold and they would not refund me. It was unsafe for my family

I didn’t like anything there was no AC in the room stains everywhere blood on the walls in the bathroom. It was very hot and uncomfortable. Very dirty. Says there’s a pool, but it hasn’t worked in over a year looking at the comments. The gentleman that I spoke to at First had to use a translator the female that had come to the desk. The next day was a very rude person. I have no idea how this hotel is still in business. Asked for a refund, but there was absolutely no refunds so that we can move to a different hotel but they refused. No telephone in the room nine times out of 10 when I went downstairs to the desk, nobody was there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very dirty! Bugs all over the floor! Air conditioner didn't work very stuffy! We ended up not staying! Didn't feel safe staying there!

Bed was comfortable room was clean staff was helpful and polite

The only good thing about this place is the beds are comfortable, we booked a room with one bed and they gave us two, when we asked to switch they told us they couldn’t do anything about it (even after I paid extra for a king bed). Our air conditioner was broken so it was insufferably hot all weekend, there were bugs in our bathroom and the sheets were dirty asf. Overall a pretty bad stay

I check-in in later than check in time and room still hadn't been cleaned from prior guests. Room door lock was broken, no face plate on light switch in bathroom, floors were sticky, and multiple cockroaches!! Paid for 2 nights but only stayed 12 hrs! Do not recommend.

Our room had no air conditioning, was not told before checking in, would not refund money, would not come to desk when the bell was rang. Had to find another place to stay and was out money for both hotels.
