I never leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was no A/C, no clean towels provided, and the hallways were dirty, even with dog waste right outside our door. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, disrupting everyone, and we even encountered mice. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, and we will never stay here again.

This property had broken windows in the very front. The front door as you enter was ripped off the hinges trash was laying around the building in the front. The receptionist was rude and obnoxious. The rooms were extremely hot. There was spiders in the bathtub on the floor next to the beds on the walls, there was other bugs that were there. The smell of marijuana was wreaking down the halls. The alarms from the fire department went off woke everybody up to where we had to leave the pool of course wasn’t workable. It said it was closed. Would not have used it in the first place with as dirty as this was The toilet seat was broken. You had to hold it on while you sat down to use it the towels were stained the bed was stained the covers were stained. What fans that they had in there the blades, the back and the front were soaked in dirty grease. I had to clean them myself to even get a type of airflow. There was cigarette burns in the sheets and the pillows. The TV had lines through them where somebody broke them. And I guess the receptionist sleeps in the hotel so there’s no other receptionist 24 hours. And I know that’s because she came out of one of the rooms when the fire alarm was going off there was nobody at the front desk and she just woke up and was looking up how to shut it off the fire doors to this place are not fire doors when they closed that isn’t even not even fire paint that is upon the doors. The rooms were unsecured. You cannot latch them to lock

Extremely horrible place. Shattered glass at the entry way. A/C unit didn't even work. The cover and control knob fell off literally when touched. Foul smell in hallways and room. Markings on ceiling from children coloring. Wall paper peeling. Disgusting motel. This place needs to be shut down! Bad attitude of front desk employee.

This was pretty much what I expected. A last minute/last available for a not outrageous amount since all other city hotels were sold out and one's left are charging a premium for their rooms available ( $400-$500 PER NIGHT when normally less than $150). All was okay except no control of air in a very warm room and a clerk that could not do anything about it. Not being able to do anything I understand, but could at the very least pretended they cared.

I never do reviews but I feel like I have to this time to prevent others from staying here. Almost all of the rooms had no air conditioning and You were not allowed to get any more towels than the towels you came in with even if you were staying three nights.

Paid for a king size bed, room had full size bed only. Front desk said “be glad you have a bed. If you don’t like it.. TOO BAD.” No ironing board or iron anywhere on property. No swimming pool. Bathroom was dirty. Did not stay.. The absolute rudest staff & worst hotel ever encountered.

So what’s worst than terrible? Which is 0 star. Which I couldn’t do. 95 rooms with AC? So if us and our friends had 2 out of 3 rooms without AC! Then it’s 93 , and who knows how many more. Give me a F break. I don’t know how this place stays open and actually don’t have cockroaches. I guess that’s how they get 1 star. This is embarrassing. They could at least vacuum hallway 💩

This is not a hotel that I’m going to recommend to anyone most of the staff could not speak. English hotel rooms are small. Roches were spotted in the rooms. no one was there around to accommodate your guest. On one occasion fire alarm came on at 3 AM till about 4 AM in the morning..

I reserved a room with 1 king bed,,,i got a room with a twin or maybe a double, definitely not big enough to 2 adults to sleep comfortable! The front door was broke and hanging by 1 hinge, the glass on interior door was shattered, so there was no security at this hotel. The side door had the lock ripped off, people walking around by our window so had to keep the curtains closed. The lady at the desk was rude when I inquired about the bed size and rudely let me know there's only 2 options...1 bed or 2 and she didn't care what it is advertised as. The hair dryer in the room was missing, there was no cups in the room to even get a drink of water. No water pressure in the shower. We was given 1 wash cloth for 2 people. This is definitely not what was advertised on here, and the pictures of the hotel are not accurate either! Will never stay at this location again
