Enjoyed our short stay. Very near and convenient to Ameris Bank Amphitheater. The check in process was smooth and easy. We appreciated that we were allowed to check in just a bit early. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard but very good. Overall it was a great experience!

"Family Wedding"

My family stayed there for a wedding weekend. Every single employee that I interacted with was amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel like I was a priority. The room was wonderful, with the largest closet I have ever had at a hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. I thought that the selection was very good. My only complaint, and the reason that I gave a 4 instead of a 5, was because the TV in the breakfast area was tuned to Fox News. A hotel serves people of all types, yet they chose a TV station that emphasizes only one point of view. Something more neutral, a show that would not be considered offensive to some people, would have been much more appropriate.

Room was comfortable

Staff was not friendly at check-in and left their cars parked under the entrance to the lobby throughout the weekend we were there (Same cars) It rained over the weekend so their car blocked the ability for people to be picked up under the covering at the lobby entrance. This was inconsiderate to paying guests at the hotel.

Before we left the hotel day 2 of a 3 day stay—-they promised a refresh of the room. It’s the worse feeling when you come back at 8pm and it wasn’t done. Very disappointing. And shows the lack of discipline of the staff.

"Great Overall "

Everything about this hotel was great. Great service, staff, breakfast, rooms and location! My children also enjoyed the stay. There is really nothing to complain about. I travel a lot for work and it’s not always easy to find a great hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. We never had an issue with getting service from housekeeping when needed. Safe and walkable location with lots of food choices and a Walmart close by.
