There was a slight hiccup with the room availability. That was resolved and we made it work. Breakfast was good. The rooms were great. Very clean. One of the best rooms we have stayed in in a long time. Staff were friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

High price for one night

The staff were very friendly and the front area was nice and clean. The room was very clean and very nice. We could hear traffic outside of our room the next morning but nothing too bad. We will definitely stay here again when in this area and most likely start looking for this same hotel chain when staying other places!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was excellent — conveniently close to several stores and restaurants, which made everything super accessible. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast — it was surprisingly delicious with a good variety to choose from, especially for a budget-friendly hotel. However, two of the female front desk clerks fell a bit short in terms of customer service. They came off as slightly agitated and weren’t as warm or welcoming as we had hoped. A more pleasant and helpful attitude would have made our experience even better. Overall, we were very pleased with the value, cleanliness, and accommodations, and we’d definitely consider staying again.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel staff is extremely friendly! I was worried my children would to wild for how nice the hotel was but the staff assured me they were more than welcome and were very kind to my children as well. We travel twice a month for the last 4 years and this was the best stay we’ve ever had.

Location was relatively close to the interstate, the mall, and dining

The front desk representative Ed caused me a great deal of anxiety from this threatening behavior, his total disregard for me and my family in the middle of the night when we arrived, unaware of anything we had to deal with to get there, he refused me the rights of a paying customer who was respectful and who only asked for an explanation of how it works to view the facility prior to an extended stay for my disabled mother and special needs son. He went to the extent of playing a victim and calling the authorities on me when no crime was committed except by him with his threatening tone and nature which was recorded on the hotel cameras and my own. He refused to do his job which was to simply provide exceptional, quality service. Even the police were in disbelief he wasted their time being able to tend to true crime from a nonsense call of Ed trying to escape the reality he was operating outside of Sheratons policy and procedures of care. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here if Ed was present as you never know what to expect from him, I know I didn’t this day.
