"Geeting Prepared for a Cruise"

The location was excellent, the staff was helpful.

No recetion, No floorings, rooms basic , offered a voucher for a cocktail and it was cold tea, the breakfast sat at the Bar where we sat the night before.

"Convenient for cruise terminals, comfortable, bright."

Breakfast was sufficient. The location was great if you are boarding a cruise ship from Southampton UK. Also, the location was great for walking distance for many restaurants.

The price was a little high.

"Very central location"

The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, it is near the bus terminal and right opposition the West Quay Mall. Many good restaurants within walking distance. And the cruise terminal is a short taxi ride away.

"Nice hotel, great location, and great staff."

The fact that the location is very close to the cruise ships.

I don’t have any complaints about the property. I just feel that the city of Southampton is very limited when it comes to entertainment and restaurants.
