숙소가 깨끗하고 쾌저합니다. 하이즈엉에 오면 그동안 남끄엉호텔에서만 묵었는데 가성비가 훨씬 좋은듯. 조식을 5일간 계속 먹기엔다소 지루하지만 체크아웃 시간을 3시간 무료로 연장해 주어서 아침골프후 점심먹고 후텔에 와서 씻고 여유있게 체크아웃함. 직원들 모두가 친절하고 적극적으로 응대함.

room was large, had fridge and room had AC - staff friendly and evening restaurant was great...

breakfast was very poor, not much selection and western tastes not catered for at all - which is fine, but not when you have no options for food elsewhere.

床罩沒有換新的，可能是前面房間空置太久，我住的時候讓我身體發癢，我連續住11天除了我主動請他們換床罩被套，他們過程都沒有換過床罩，被單。

It’s a very clean place from elevator to the rooms. Free continental breakfast with multi choices of food and drinks. Kids love it, wife loves it so what can it be better. I requested "twin beds" for one of the rooms I booked, but the hotel misunderstood and provided a queen-sized bed. This was disappointing as the hotel could not offer a room with twin beds. On a positive note, the receptionists speak fluent English, ensuring smooth communication. The rooms and beds are comfortable, though the air-conditioners could be more powerful. The breakfast buffet offers a sufficient variety of options.
