"A Great Hotel and a Fantastic Trip in Hai Duong / Ha Long Bay with Purple Lotus Hotel "

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my "Junior Apartment" was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

"Good business hotel"

This is my 3rd time staying in Purple Lotus hotel, and I wasn’t disappointed. the room was clean and comfortable, everything was working well, the staff are very welcoming and try to help with any of our requests. This is a perfect hotel when you come for work.

"Very happy I chose this hotel for my two day stay in Hai Duong"

The hotel is very new and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful! One of the managers, Megan, helped me to book a driver as I had to visit some other locations for work. The breakfast was also very good and gave me a lovely Vietnamese food experience. I will definitely stay here again for all my future trips to Hai Duong.
