Purple Lotus Hotel

The staff are carling, friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 1 week. We felt welcome and feels like home away from home. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Food was very good and well prepared. We have recommended the hotel/apartment to our friends. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

I was welcomed with smiles and confidence and taken to my room, which was clean and comfortable, and, most importantly, had the air conditioner NOT blowing on the bed. Unfortunately for me, I ended up with COVID and had to isolate in my hotel room. This is when the staff shined and delivered the best service I have ever experienced! Lead by Ms. Tâm, I was looked after with care, gentleness, and efficiency. Ms. Tâm used different communication apps to communicate with me and ensure I was well and looked after: meals were delivered to my room, and staff checked in on me regularly to ensure I had plenty of water and anything else I needed. The outstanding housekeeping staff made sure my room stayed clean, comfortable, and with plenty of water, tea, and coffee. My favourite part is the breakfast buffet: different types of salads, fresh fruits, breads, juices, yoghurt, and cereals are the basics; add delicious pho and eggs a la carte, as well as generous amounts of cooked meats and vegetables, two different kinds of soups, and all the time you need to enjoy them all. The staff is ever attentive and ensures you have what you need. The restaurant is also open for dinner, and the evening fare is delicious and made with care. My one observation is the cost, which is steep if you go outside of the pho and fried rice cannon. I am so glad I have been staying at Purple Lotus Hotel. They are 100% invested in ensuring their guests are comfortable, have what they need, and are well-taken care of. What else can one ask for? This is my home-away-from-home in Hai Duong. I will be glad to stay here again when I come back.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Clean and beautiful Bathroom. Good breakfast. Welcome sweets were nice too. Laundry available. Money exchange available. I like this hotel very much.

My stay was for 21 days hotel quarantine and that was not easy. Communication to a dedicated staff member is made easy by various Apps listed on an information sheet. I used WhatsApp and was linked to a very nice and efficient lady Megan Tam. She made my time easier and we had contact by messages nearly every day. Megan did an excellent job meeting my requests in a timely manner. It was so good to be able to send a message and receive a prompt answer. My requests were usually for food or drinks and all were provided in a short period of time. Hotel quarantine is a lonely place and Megan and I discussed family and places I had been and where I lived. This made passing the time locked up in a small room much more enjoyable than having no contact with a staff member. I will leave the hotel with another friend for which I am grateful.

Everything was really good. Stuff members are really helpful. Big thanks to MS.Megan she helped me a lot. Room is clean and they provide everything on time. Most important is everyone was smiling at me and felt really welcome here. If I ever come back in Hai duong I will stay in this hotel for sure. Food is also good too, Although I haven't order anything in this hotels restaurant everything seems to look decision. Its quite, no car or motorbike noises. Hot and cold water is always working. Housekeeping is doing great job too. You won't regret choosing this hotel. I'm giving 10/10 to this amazing hotel.

I stayed here over the past two weeks during my quarantine. Megan, especially, was helpful when I asked for adjustments to my meals or additional bath items I might have forgotten. I stayed in a junior suite so I could have more space, and I'm glad I did. It was nice to have access to a kitchen sink and refrigerator to store extra fruit and snacks. From other reviews I've read from folks spending quarantine at other hotels, food and meals is often an issue. Not here - the food is generally tasty and diverse so you'll never get bored with meals (which, let's be honest, is the primary diversion from your time in quarantine). No complaints. Thanks, Purple Lotus staff for making my quarantine tolerable!

Where do I start. The hotel suite is beautiful and very spacious. The hotel staff are even more beautiful very helping and supportive. If Toi and Megan are at the hotel your gonna enjoy a pleasant and comforting stay they are so helpful and kind. Appreciate yous a lot thank you for your hospitality 🌹

The hotel have a good service during the isolation time. Have a clean hotel room and good service on clother washing. The food service during the isolation also good. The hotel having a friendly staffs and helpful reception meet customer request. I am happy with the hotel service and covid-19 medical checking.

I am lucky to be assigned with this hotel for quanrantine. I had pleasant 14 days stay here with nice staffs. The food are well cooked. And the staff can help you buy necessary supplies. Highly recommend.
