Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel, leurs disponibilités et l'emplacement du Riad.

Il y a eu une mauvaise organisation lors de notre départ. Un chauffeur devait nous récupérer pour la lisaison avec l'aéroport. Il ne s'est pas présenté. Une alternative avec un taxi nous a permis de pallier au problème. Le personnel présent nous a accompagné jusqu'à avoir trouvé la solution.

Nous avons passé un excellant séjour dans ce riad. Le personnel était vraiment adorable, toujours disponible, accueillant et aux petits soins avec nous. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et très copieux. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié tous les conseils donnés par l'équipe pour les visites et déplacements à Marrakech. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil, nous recommandons ce riad sans hésiter !

Pas de points négatif

Gostei de simplesmente tudo, o atendimento dos funcionários Cherif, Zouhair e Hannane foi excelente, sempre prestativos e amigáveis. Tiveram todo cuidado de fazer nosso check in de madrugada, o Cherif nos buscou na entrada do Riad, nos forneceu água, mesmo sendo tão tarde. O café da manhã maravilhoso também, comidas típicas marroquinas, o quarto muito cheiroso e arrumado, o Riad é belíssimo, um encanto, a decoração, a limpeza e organização são incríveis. Eu realmente me senti em casa. Recomendo a qualquer pessoa que vá para Marrakech.

The service at this riad was incredible! Mustafa helped us book an airport transfer for an early morning departure and was super hospitable. The perfect last short stay in Marrakech.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The operations across the Riad were incredibly smooth and well organised, with genuine attention to detail throughout. A special thank you to Cherif for managing everything so professionally, as well as Soufiane, Hanane and Zouhair for their hospitality and attentiveness during the stay. Cleanliness was consistently outstanding and the whole team made the experience feel effortless. The spa and hammam experience were also excellent and added greatly to the overall experience. Highly recommended whether travelling solo or as a group. What stood out most is that the quality of service feels consistently strong across their different Riad, which is rare to find.

Privacy is slightly limited for the ground floor double room in the annex.
