La struttura è collocata in un’ottima posizione, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali della Medina. Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed ospitale, ottima colazione tipica.

Unica pecca della stanza è che il letto matrimoniale purtroppo cigolava e questo lo ha reso un po’ scomodo.

Boas instalações com funcionários super prestáveis e simpáticos. Tivemos uma situação com o nosso quarto que foi resolvida pela gerência o que tornou a estadia mais confortável e positiva. Bom pequeno almoço e proximidade aos souks e praça central.

Wir wurden von Sammad und Mohamed mehr als herzlich empfangen und haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Beide hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Sammad hat uns tolle Restaurant- und Aktivitätentips gegeben. Mohamed hat uns immer bestens kulinarisch versorgt. Eine solche Herzlichkeit und offene Freundlichkeit haben wir bisher in keinem Hotel erlebt. Ganz herzlichen Dank an euch beide. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. 😉🫠 DANKE!!

Mustapha was very friendly trying to realize every special request even Gluten free bread and excursion. All stuff was extra friendly and provided all requested info.

On the street Side the rooms are very loud untill 2 a.m.

My stay at the riad was absolutely amazing. The property itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and has a very aesthetic charm that makes you feel at home right away. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the medina, making it both convenient and comfortable for exploring the area. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mustafa and Younus, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The food was outstanding—honestly better than many cafés and restaurants I tried during my trip. Every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I also booked a hammam through the riad, and it was a fantastic experience—highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable and memorable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Le personnel est charmant, accueillant, ils font le maximum pour s'assurer que le séjour soit parfait. La déco est de bon goût, le lit confo et la terrasse est super. Bref, beau séjour, je recommande :)
