Very good location and was a decent price when on discount. Only issues were that the toilet had bile and mould, it had been hidden under which was visible when bending down. The toilet bowl was also stained, clear that not many chemicals had been used to clean.

Staff very helpful, free bottle of wine as silver ,members. Had to ask but that was ok. Larger than expected room, quiet in bedroom .Good location to walk to Elizabeth Quay .Didn’t try restaurant,was very expensive but others around area. Would stay again.

Getting the basic necessities like towels, tissues and toilet paper is very challenging in this hotel You may as well say there is no housekeeping Staying in a tent would been more pleasurable Very very poor service Would not rate it a one star

Room was clean and plenty if room. The air conditioning was only blowing warm air and the water pressure in the shower was nothing more than a dribble.

When you walk in it seems nice but tired, but when you walk in your room there’s a couch the looks at a wall, a cheap seat thrown in the corner to give an office space 😩, nice though to the bedroom area and open the blinds to a view of a brick wall!! Decide to watch tv and the tv doesn’t work, 2 staff members try to help but to no avail, to top this off the restaurant below is so pompous that they have a small menu that was expensive and nothing basic on it (I ended up walking to a pub and got a take away Palma), including breakfast (I’m only a very small eater and was only offered a full buffet option which is a wast of money!) so all up when I mentioned this to the manager in the morning of check out all I got was an apology and told ‘they hope to do better next time, to which my response was ‘there won’t be a next time’ which was greeted with another ’sorry you feel that way’ this was $189 and wasn’t worth $110 on the side of a highway in a country town!

Just wasn’t super clean, hair all over the carpet, dust everywhere. out dated, cracks in the ceiling and bathroom walls, very squishy.

The staff was fabulous, especially the lady who did the breakfast. We had a wonderful time here

The key cards seem to be very problematic. Three different rooms on the lift and none of them worked. Returned from dinner after reception closed and our key did not open the room door. Bathrooms are a little mouldy and we had trouble with the cistern not refilling. Had to take the top off a couple of times to reset the float. We asked three times before receiving our VIP bottle of wine. Considering the proximity to the freeway, the rooms were very quite.

The rooms are falling apart The walls are thin as you can hear you next door neighbour which Kept me up for few hours whilst trying to sleep The bed is hard and bony The pillows are hard and uncomfortable These were other factors as to why I couldn’t sleep Wouldn’t come back
