Rendezvous Hotel Perth Central

Cards to room didn’t work multiple times, and staff made it seem we weren’t using them properly. TV didn’t work in our room, took very long time for staff to come help. Once they did, we realised that movies didn’t work..another long wait to be told could fix it, can you watch tv in another room and stay in original room. We agreed only to realise we didn’t want to return to our room late at night. Only option was to accept the room downgrade, and they gave us free movies. Only great staff member was Raul at the bar. He was fantastic. Overall , not the best experience.

Great location, clean spacious room, staff very helpful. Parking very squeezy though

The staff were rude. The room was hot and we couldn't adjust the air con. The photos online were very different to the actual building and room. Will never go back there

Easy efficient check in, excellent bathroom products, clean room very good breakfast. Needs TV in lounge.

Breakfast was cold and lifeless thought i would give them another go and had dinner there steak was ordered med rare came out blue then could not sleep ppl slamming doors and yelling all night not happ wont be back

We had a great stay, the only feedback I would give is if the booking states a double or queen bed, provide as such, not two singles pushed together as its very uncomfortable for couples

Great location for Kings Park.

I arrived early hours of the morning to find out that the room I booked (and paid for) wasn't available anymore so I got put in a single room as they were fully booked. The room was very tired and the wifi connection is terrible, I had to go to a cafe to be able to send emails. My colleague also said the same about the wifi connection and his room. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired with food constantly running out. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could under the circumstances, the location was also good as easy to walk to client meetings.
