Room was clean customer service was really good. Didnt get the amenities like no towels went to front front desk and only had one dry off towel no wascloth no trash cans in room and no remote for tv

I got the room with no door on the bathroom. There was no remote for TV and the one the front desk gave me did not work with the TV. Could not get internet service so had to go to truck stop to do sales reports on my laptop. No refrigerator. Only small bugs this time. Gave them three tries, but things aren't getting better. Price is atractive, but will pay more elsewhere for the basic amenities.

"Worst stay in 5 years"

The roaches kept me awake. The TV did not work. When i took hold of the handicap bar in the bathroom it came off in my hand. They furnished a half roll of toilet paper, one very used towel and one matching facecloth.
