De villa is fantastisch. Ruim en fantastisch terras en zwembad. 3 badkamers.

Er is geen dagelijkse schoonmaak in tegenstelling wat er bij de faciliteiten staat. Dus ook geen schonen handdoeken.

Eine Schöne Villa, gepflegt und in guter Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer / Manager

Disappointing Experience at The Elegance PoolVillas (Neaumelo Private Luxury Pool Villa) – April 11-13, 2026 To the Management, I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your villa from April 11th to 13th. While we were looking forward to a relaxing family holiday (5 guests), the experience fell far short of the "Luxury" standard advertised. There are several critical issues I must address: 1. Booking Discrepancy and Unexpected Surcharge During the booking process via Booking.com, I clearly selected and registered for 5 guests. However, upon arrival, your system showed only 1 guest. I was charged an additional fee on the spot. Being peak Songkran season on Koh Chang, I felt I had no choice but to pay to ensure my family had a place to stay. This felt like an unfair start to our vacation. 2. Failure of Basic Utilities (Water & Electricity) The most distressing part of our stay occurred on our final morning. Starting from 6:30 AM, the water supply completely stopped, and the electricity became extremely weak. Hygiene Issues: My family of five had to use bottled drinking water (which we purchased ourselves) just for basic bathroom needs and hygiene. Kitchen Facilities: The electric stove provided was so weak that it was completely non-functional. We were forced to use our own portable gas stove, which we luckily brought along, just to prepare breakfast. This is frankly ridiculous for a villa of this price point. 3. Unprofessional Staff Response While the housekeeper was friendly and polite, the response we received regarding the utility failure was entirely unacceptable. To be told that "this house is just like this" as if it is a standard occurrence is an insult to paying guests. If a "Luxury Villa" cannot guarantee running water and stable electricity, it should not be marketed as such.

De weg ernaartoe .moesten t laatste stuk zelfs lopen Taxi reed er niet overheen. Zo slecht wegdek

Alles Perfekt, konnten sogar etwas später auschecken

The place was nice but the service and customer experience was completely disgusting and ruined everything.

The customer service was shockingly bad ended up charging me an extra £50 due to not having a second key which they said they'd provide. When I pushed for it they called the police on me and said I destroyed the property even the police asked where is the damage? They just wanted to scare me into being quiet
