Older property but seems to be fairly well maintained

Bathroom shower walls are spotted up but I think due to age. Got double charged by hotel but they did refund it.

Vacation

Very nice and comfortable . Staff was great .

Clean and quiet. Only a couple issues that gave the stay a negative rating. Air conditioner worked well (felt like the arctic). Breakfast was run of the mill eggs/sausage etc. Good not great. Coffee was good. No issues with parking

Check in. There were 7-8 checking in and only one front desk worker. He was trying to check them in and deal with other issues (guest's tv remote didn't work so he was trying to contact someone to help with this and ended up giving the a new room as the replacement didn't work). The shower head was also in bad shape. It was leaking bad no matter what setting it was on and provided little pressure (seemed to be pretty old - room 215)

I have no idea why this hotel is rated so high. It clearly needs updating. The elevator shaft was filthy and the elevator wobbled as it ascended. Wifi didn't work for our computers.

The room was roomy and comfortable the breakfast was very good

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was clean and some essentials were offered...soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The bed was luxurious in size, but the mattress was way to soft. My husband and I did not sleep very well, as we both have back issues. The free breakfast was pretty good. We made some waffles. Some more fresh fruit would be welcomed, as there were only bananas. Coffee was good.

The hotel was well-kept, the breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. In particular, when we arrived, we learned that, despite asking for a dog-friendly room, Booking.com had booked in a non-per room. The front desk staff worked hard to move us to a different room despite struggles with their computer system. The price was right for our budget, and the experience was very good!

The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t automatically refresh your room mid-stay unless you asked for it. We didn’t know that at first and it was a bit surprising.
