Best Western of Murphy

I would like a refund but nobody will return my call

Several things

We stayed in a pet friendly room (which the expectation is that it probably won't be as clean as a regular room) With that being said, our room smelled horribly like cat urine. The tables were bowed out and uneven. The shower was re-done so that was nice. You could tell they were attempting to improve, but not quite there.

Room appeared clean but had a bad smell. at first it was covered up with a room fragrance by housekeeping but that wore off and it was obvious this was done to cover up a bad smell in the carpet. The carpets are badly in need of cleaning or replacement. Also, the parking lot was full of trucks and lots of Hispanic workers staying there. They were very loud and noisy and the next morning they filled up the breakfast tables and there was no food left.

I will NOT stay at another Best Western! I was very disappointed. The room smelled and many things were in need of repair.

Businesses and workers like them make booking.com bearable

I hate the unprofessional people I ran into, more then half from booking.com I try to stay away completely but somethings there no other option
