Please note in order to get to Posada del Caminante from Balta Airport on Santa Cruz Island, guests need to drive up to Puerto Ayora, approximately an hour away, and then hire a local boat to Puerto Villamil Isabela, approximately a 2-hour drive away. Boats leave once a day at 2pm, please confirm schedule locally.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Comfortable and affordable stay"

Jason was very accommodating, helpful, and super lovely to deal with. They even did my laundry for free which was very kind. They also offer free filtered water and bananas! The room was comfortable and nice showers. Location is also conveniently in town so walking everywhere is possible.

The kitchen feels almost unusable it’s so tiny. Also there is no fridge but I realized when I checked out there is one we can use in the office. Would have been nice to have been told this as check in!
