Recently decorated, rooms were clean

NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING! Only two members of staff covering the reception, bar and serving. Very unhappy with the service.

It was comfortable, clean and wonderfully uncomplicated; no aircon just an easily opened window, love that. Everything worked and was easy to use.

A lift would have been good.
