"Disappointing"

Staff and location.

Room hadn't been cleaned when I first went into it. Issue with Wifi wasn't resolved during the stay. No milk in room for coffee. Hotel fabric tired. Air conditioning poor.

Je suis très déçue de mon séjour à l'hôtel. Je connaissais cet établissement pour y avoir déjà dormi. Sur mon dernier séjour il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour se laver. Quand je l'ai signalé lors de mon départ, la réceptionniste m'a dit qu'elle était au courant et qu'ils avaient le problème depuis la vielle. La moindre des choses aurait été de me prévenir à mon arrivée. Les 100€ payé ont du mal à passer !!!! Et pas de remise ou de geste pour un futur séjour.
