"Nope, not returning"

Breakfast and price was great but that is where it ends. Needs updating. Was totally unpacked for 2 nites stay with my daughter and left for a few hours to come back to evidence someone had been in our room. Very disturbing at the time. Found out later it was staff checking our floor. They had a water leak on the sixth floor and indeed it came into our room on the second floor. Totally had to repack everything and move to another room. No one volunteered information as who had been in our room until we asked. Then they had to admit staff had gone in without letting us know and planned to keep it a secret obviously. Both rooms did not have sufficient heat (we were cold at night and I used my housecoat on the bed as an additional layer) and heating with fan on low was very loud so couldn't go higher if we were to have any chance of sleep. Insufficient water coming through the shower head for a deceit shower. Everything was just old and not working well. Someone in the elevator with us said..."well this place is a time capsule" Pretty much sums it up. Do not recommend.

The hotel was fine. The staff were kind, the breakfast was good.

The hotel was very dated. We had a junior suite and it felt like we stepped back in time 30 years. Everything was tired .

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, 24 hour gourmet coffee at the lobby, walking distance to all shopping. We recommend Cambridge Best Western 100% for business or leisure.
