"Best Western Plus Cambridge is a good affordable option with a standout free breakfast."

The lobby and breakfast area are very spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast options were plentiful and everything was well stocked. Our room was at the end of a hallway and it was really quiet all night long. The front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The room itself is due for a refresh and the bathroom a renovation. It was all clean, just worn and very used. The toilet needed a couple of flushes to work properly.

Room had a water leak through the ceiling and had to be moved at 11:00pm. Room that we were moved to only had one bed instead of two queens. When leaving we told them about our displeasure and they said we should have spoke up sooner and no discount could be made!

"Best Western minus!"

Lets start with the wall paper, it is coming lose in the upper corner, probably water damage. Wife found a silver in the bathroom. Breakfast was cold. As we were leaving, elevator 1 was acting up, you had to push the open and close buttons a couple of times just to close the door. I was getting afraid it wouldn't open when we got down. I did mention this to the staff.
