Breakfast was good

The washroom was filthy The musky smell in the room was overwhelming, when the ac went on it made the mold smell even worse. The humidity in the room was overwhelming, I felt like I was camping. It was damp and the smell made me sick.

Hot tub was working; however, cholrine burned your eyes as it was too strong.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and hotel provided a room ith one queen and pull out sofa. This was not enjoyable for our tall teens.

Room quite comfortable but needed a guide (paper) for TV channels as I'm not from this area , I'm 6ft 4inches and bed not long enough ,I always have to untuck the end of the bed . Breakfast was excellent no complaints in that regard though hard to figure a 'regular' coffee .

Cost is prohibitive $200+ for one night is a lot of money plus taxes !!

another customer had a complaint about her bathroom, went out and bought products to clean it, yet never mentioned it to the staff....they were more than willing to help out and address her concerns. my bathroom was very clean

"Not worth the price with our room being the way it was."

Friendly staff

As soon as we got into our room you can smell musty upon entering. My mattress was uncomfortable as there was a dip in the middle of it making it hard to sleep. Bathrooms not the cleanest for a best western. Mood and mildew all around the shower tiles, in the corners and even on ceiling and in the corner of the walls. If these were cleaned on a daily basis this would not happen. Pictures to follow.
