Hot tub jets weren’t working properly but water was still hot.

The room and service was good

Couldn't use pool was a very large little kid birthday party who took over pool area, no elevator working, people in conjoined room fought and hollared all night...was a miserable stay!

Check in was at 3. We didn’t get a room till after 4. So had to sit and wait around with children. The cleaning staff had there kids playing unsupervised in the pool and hot tub. There were no clean pool towels ever. The room was dirty but couldn’t move. Wouldn’t give us a discount even though we had all the issues. The first floor flooded a few months ago go and there mold all over. All we could smell everywhere inside was weed and smoke. Our AC didn’t work. For just over $400 for two nights it was a joke. We will never be back. And I highly encourage no one else does to. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM HERE

The rooms and location

I made reservations for 2 rooms as I had a guest traveling with me. The rooms were as far apart as possible and on different levels with no elevator. Since my husband is in wheel chair, it was extremely difficult. When I mentioned this at check in no support was offered.

Basic hotel with little amenities other than the pool. The breakfast was okay. The rooms are clean but very dated and tired.
