Clean rooms,

No free breakfast

I liked the fact of the hot tub,and the service of the one man there,that was helping me with my wifi. But the hotel did take some of my payment off

The room I first had,the internet was not working,plus the fridge had a horrible smell. There were teenagers being complete idiots running through the halls,and slamming their room doors,and just being ignorant. There was a man and his family also tell them to quit. There's other people there,so have some courtesy to others.

Great value for money. Staff were very personable and it was clean. Onsite restaurant was great!

Location took us out of the way

i went sometime last year in the summer so the time is not fully accurate. 1 the rooms were mid not nice not poor they were not too out of date (like only 10 years out of date) 2 the lobby was nice but i think thats only because they did not have anough money too replace it. same goes for the vintige halls 3 they basicly begged for money there was at leadt 3 gachapon machines the vending machines were 2 bucks over priced and breakfast costed as much as a proper restaurant 4 the pool water tasted like pee the hottub water was not fully see through the concrete was falling apart and the place was unclean also tones of copyright evasion. ^ 5.5 the pool was nice if it was not falling apart so other than my pool complaints it was pretty good 6 i think they just were letting anyone willing too pay stock the gacha cause they sold voodoo dolls (''for some reason they would be great with kids'') 7 it was pretty quite but only because we were one of what 4 familys there and we could kind of here them so i do not trust that i would be quite if there were more people 8 defalt hotel cable 9 the amenties were good 9.5 the service was good too

I go to the seven oaks once and awhile and the service is always phenomenal... food is to die for and daily lunch specials are great. Our server today was Alyssa she was prompt friendly and kind.
