I thought I was getting and thought I had pd for direct pool access however was disappointed when I was given a balcony room To the pool which apparently counts as direct pool access. I also thought breakfast was included with our stay and that was another disappointment that it would also be an extra cost to add breakfast to your stay 🙃

They count a balcony room with stairs to the main pool area as direct pool access and no breakfast is included. Also rough area with addicts smoking drugs in the parking lot. Very disappointing as it’s a family oriented hotel with children watching.

"Poor"

I couldnt use my debit credit card. And I had booked on the booking app. And it was confirmed. I went to check in and was denied my room. I had to find another hotel that accommodated me amd my 2 kids! It would have been so convenient to put a damage deposit. But everything i heard was 👎 NO I wont book there again.
