Clean room .

Got there at 3 couldn't get in until 4 unless I paid more money for less than 1 hour. Not happy with that rule. Went to play vlts in restaurant/lounge part bit couldn't due to drug addicts in there with one of them passed out in there . Not sure if I will stay there agsin .

"Hotel was fine but the pool left much to be desired."

The rooms were a good value for what we paid. They were clean and had newer appliances.

The pool area is the Wild West. It’s overcrowded and there are basically no staff keeping an eye on things. Older kids were engaging in dangerous behaviour with the water slide, and my partner and I were nervous about our younger kids getting hurt. Given that the pool is a major draw for staying at this hotel, it feels like they should be putting more effort into making it a safe experience for their guests.

"Food , location, staff and beds were comfortable."

Staff was amazing, power in our room went out and they were quick to respond.

Pool water needs to be changed and maybe pool area replaced and refreshed. Update pool slide stairs. Bigger hot tub. Pool side rooms maybe more towels and mats.
