On site restaurant. Comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast.

Airport shuttle can only accommodate 10 persons. Had shuttle drive by twice 😡 while 8 of us were waiting. Phoned hotel. No explanation. 4 left to get taxis

The breakfast was good. The staff got us gf bread,bagels and cereal. Just had to ask for them. Convenient to have the shuttle bus to / from airport particularly after a long flight from Australia via Lax

The hotel is on a busy road.

They offer complimentary transportation and it was 8 min walk from bus stops coming back from Vancouver Island and that was good because we had no car

Could use a good cleaning carpets in hallways are visually soiled. It is a dated hotel nothing fancy. However, our rooms were actually clean. The bed for my comfort could have been a lil more softer

Breakfast was just OK, very basic. All disposable plates, cutlery. No cooked food and to toast bread you had to put it in the toaster 3 times before it got toasted.

Hotel needs a full renovation. Furniture looked like original, very old Scottish but is very shabby. Carpets were very grubby especially in reception area. Staff however were very helpful and friendly. There was nowhere to eat within walking distance except a cafe, where you had to walk past a construction sites. The hotel advertised a restaurant but did not say that it was next door, or that it was Chinese. Hotel looks good from the front, like a typical country Inn.

Room was nice and beds comfortable. Breakfast was basic but ok.

We arrived from a cruise but couldn't check in until 3pm this is too late and nowhere inside the hotel to have a drink. Told to go down the road to Tim Hortons to get a coffee etc. For seniors this is not good enough. The restaurant adjoining the hotel is Chinese and does not cater for westerners so to eat/drink you either walk or get a taxi. A coffee/tea machine should be installed in the lobby for guests. Also, too noisy at around 6 am in the morning by people talking loudly in the corridors. Signs should be put up that guests and staff should be respectful of other guests.

Transfer zum Flughafen

Die Möblierung ist abgenutzt. Lampe beim Bett hatnicht funktioniert. Im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, nicht was wir erwartet haben.
