Oban Bay Hotel

Hotel is very overpriced for the level of service provided. More like a 3* experience, not 4* as advertised. Front desk staff not helpful at all. There is an elevator, however it required lugging my suitcase up three small flights of stairs to get to it. Room was small and bathroom layout was awkward. Glad we were only there for one night.

Rooms and beverages highly overpriced, first room allocated carpet was not clean, eventually offered different room. Receptionist was informed the bin was not empty and things left in bathroom nothing was done till next morning. Bathroom very small. Staff very dismissive and unhelpful. Parking little to none and advised behind church this looked like a dump for old cars. Waiting Staff very unprofessional, tables left uncleaned and long wait at breakfast.

Lovely modern and luxurious feel. Loved the little touches in the room like Scottish snacks and the radio on arrival

Terrible car park! Car nearly got scratched twice would not recommend parking on site

Locatie. Mooie propere kamer. Ontbijt was lekker, maar het duurde heel lang voor we ons eten kregen (bediening aan tafel, geen buffetvorm)

Enkel dure betalende parking aan het hotel. Kleine gratis parking op paar 100 meter van het hotel, maar die was altijd volzet.

Staff molto gentile, posizione perfetta e comoda al centro di Oban. Bella l’atmosfera nella zona bar all’ingresso!

Camera un po piccola e difficoltoso l’arrivo in camera con valigie ecc. Mancanza di alcuni comfort importanti per un quattro stelle.
