"Comfortable and convenient"

The bed was so comfortable. Loved it! Pet friendly bonus for that. Super dark and quiet. Slept really well.

No hand soap at the sink, really? Is that how we pinch clients now? The most unfriendly attendant at check in that I have ever experienced at this caliber of facility.

"Couldn’t have been better."

Mathew and Eman both provided outstanding check in and check out service. Mathew helped me with an early check in, which was greatly appreciated because my travel day began at 3:15 that morning. I checked in around 1:00. Eman graciously answered several questions I had. He also assisted an associate contact me because he had mid-placed his cell phone. Both men were very personable, which made my interactions enjoyable.

"Lovely hotel, no refrigerator in room."

Clean. Hotel was beautifully decorated. Glass elevators were cool - felt like I was in Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory! :)

I expect a refrigerator and microwave in guest rooms these days. Was surprised that I needed to ask for a refrigerator and did not have a microwave.
